With years of experience managing Learning and Development departments I have developed expertise in designing, implementing and conducting specialized training material for organizations small and large. I work with clients to identify needs, design and develop training material, and deliver specialized content. Background in Instructional Systems Design, Accelerated Learning techniques, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Adult Learning Theory, Leadership Development, and performance management.

After many years of developing everything from detailed and concise presentations, academic papers, and engaging blog posts, I have developed an expertise in distilling information into clear and easy to understand writing for all types of targeted audiences.
